Swami Vivekanand Charitable Hospital, Dharmawala organized dental camps in 2 schools of Herbertpur, Block – Vikasnagar district Dehradun from 14th to 17th Feb 2023.
School covered under the dental camp was:
- Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Dhalipur
- Apna Vidya Mandir, Dandapur
With support of the school staff and permission from the principal, a total of 162 students were examined during the drive. Out of which, 109 students identified with dental problems were referred to SVCH, Dharmawala for further investigation and treatment. Around 162 students were told about the correct brushing techniques, oral hygiene etc. in the awareness sessions conducted in the school.
