स्वामी विवेकानन्द हैल्थ मिशन सोसाइटी द्वारा संचालित स्वामी विवेकानन्द धर्मार्थ चिकित्सालय, धर्मावाला, देहरादून में दिनांक 16 सितंबर 2025 को MRI एवं डिजिटल मैमोग्राफी इकाइयों का विधिवत लोकार्पण विकासनगर, देहरादून क्षेत्र के माननीय विधायक श्री मुन्ना सिंह चौहान जी एवं अखिल भारतीय वनवासी कल्याण आश्रम के क्षेत्रीय संगठन मंत्री श्री डालचंद जी के करकमलों द्वारा किया गया।
साथ ही, सोसाइटी एवं धर्मावाला चिकित्सालय ने इसी तिथि को अपना तेरहवां स्थापना दिवस भी पूरे हर्षौल्लास के साथ मनाया जिसमें आयोजित अनेक कार्यक्रमों में चिकित्सालय के स्टाफ द्वारा प्रस्तुत पारंपरिक लोक नृत्यों व गीतों ने इस समारोह को और भी मनमोहक बना दिया ।
MRI और डिजिटल मैमोग्राफी इकाइयों के स्थापित होने से क्षेत्रीय लोगों को अब देहरादून तक आने-जाने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी, जिससे समय और धन दोनों की महत्वपूर्ण बचत होगी। ये अत्याधुनिक मशीनें भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण के CSR पहल के अंतर्गत प्रदान की गई हैं।
इस अवसर पर भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण के अध्यक्ष श्री विपिन कुमार जी ने वर्चुअल माध्यम सभी उपस्थितजनों को सम्बोधित किया और उसके पश्चात सोसाइटी के सचिव डॉ. अनुज सिंघल जी ने सोसाइटी के तेरह वर्षों के सेवा यात्रा का संक्षिप्त विवरण प्रस्तुत किया। कार्यक्रम का समापन धर्मावाला चिकित्सालय की कार्यकारी निदेशक डॉ. ताराश्री सिंघल जी द्वारा धन्यवाद ज्ञापन, राष्ट्रगीत एवं जलपान के साथ हुआ।
On the auspicious day of 16th September 2025, Swami Vivekanand Health Mission Society joyously celebrated a truly special occasion with a double milestone—the grand inauguration of the MRI and Digital Mammography units at Dharmawala Hospital, and the glorious 13th anniversary of both the Society and the hospital.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by Shri Munna Singh Chauhan Ji, MLA, Vikasnagar, Dehradun and Shri Daalchand Ji, Kshetriye Sangathan Mantri, Akhil Bhartiya Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram.
The installation of MRI and Digital Mammography units donated under the CSR initiative of the Airports Authority of India will now enable the populace in and around as well as from hilly, remote areas to avail advanced diagnostic services without the need to travel to Dehradun, resulting in significant savings of both time and money.
On this occasion, Shri Vipin Kumar Ji, IAS Chairman of Airports Authority of India addressed the gathering virtually. Society’s Secretary Dr. Anuj Singhal, then presented a brief overview of the Society’s remarkable journey of service over the past 13 years.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks address by Dr. Tarashree Singhal, Executive Director of Dharmawala hospital, followed by singing of the National Song and the guests were then served light refreshments.
